Return/Exchange Policy

Merchandise must be unworn with tags attached.
In store purchases: Returns for store credit may be received within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Online purchases: store credit may be received within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Shipped orders MUST be sent back (costumer pays return shipping) within 3 days of USPS confirmed delivery. Store credit will only be received if within this window. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
SUELLA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Local customers that select curbside pickup, shipping, or delivery must also adhere to the 7 day return policy.
Curbside/local pickup orders must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase date, NOT pick up date.
Special orders and sale items are FINAL SALE.
NO exceptions.
SUELLA reserves the right to refuse any return if it does not meet our requirements.
